Enjoy a traditional Argentinean barbecue, combined with a series of typical flavours tastings of our country: EMPANADAS, ASADO, WINE, FERNET AND DULCE DE LECHE!

While you chill out in my cozy rooftop in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo Soho, I will explain every detail about meat, how to prepare and cook it, and the stories behind our tradition.

  3. CHORIZO SAUSAJE. We will try the famous CHORIPAN ARGENTINO
  4. MATAMBRE PORK BELLY MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD& LOCALS HERBS
  5. SKIRT STEAK
  6. ARGENTINEAN BEEF

The BBQ will be served with ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
During dinner, we will share a lot of MALBEC WINE.

Finally, we will toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA!
